The way in which we see things in life is through polarity, which means separation. Everything we see is different, day verse night, tall verse short, black and white. We are all different from one another in many ways and so is what we experience. What we forget is that our difference is our power. The light will not know it is the light without the dark, you won't know the feeling of happiness without sadness, pleasure without pain. Life as we know it will not exist without polarity. Division, difference allows us to learn more about ourselves and to get to know yourself through the opposite. You get to learn what you like or dislike, what you should follow or not and what actions you should take. When we see or experience something that is different from what we think and what we are, curiosity should follow, allow yourself to trust your intuition in that moment to help guide you through the process as ultimately what is different from us becomes one with us and we become one with it, but we don't know this yet until it is experienced. This is therefore one of the greatest tool of life, to use the division we see to see ourselves and who we really are.
